Anita Barone

Barone was a part of The Shoes, an episode in Seinfeld's fourth season. She played Gail Cunningham, a chef who is looking for Elaine Benes' shoes. She was a member of the crew for the television show Carol & Company in early 1990s, alongside the actress Carol Burnett. Barone also played her wife, Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' first episode. Jane Sibbett was her replacement following Barone's departure from Friends for a job which required more time. She starred on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the first season (1995-1996) as well as in The War at Home from 2005 through 2007. Barone was co-starring with Daddio in 2000. Barone is also famous for her TV roles on Desperate homewives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline, In the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. The film she acted in, One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. Barone's role as a regular on the Disney Channel show Shake It Up began in 2010, just three years after The War at Home finished the show's run. She played officer Georgia Jones, the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones. Her husband, actor Matthew Glave guest starred in two episodes of Shake It Up as J.J. Jones who was the husband of the character played by Barone.
