Annette Funicello (born Annette Funicello) was an American actress, singer. Her most famous role was as one of Mickey Mouse Club's "Mouseketeers". When she was a teen, she began her career in singing and became known for her smash hits 'Tall Paul' and 'Pineapple Princess.' Annette was born in Utica to Italian parents. In her early years, she had a lot of anxiety. In an effort to create a name for herself within the entertainment industry she started to perform and act. In her role as the "Mouseketeer" in 'Disney sketches, Annette rose to great fame during the 1950s. Annette was able to shed her 'Disney" persona she cultivated as a child and take many different adult roles. Most famous for her role as the actor who introduced the "beach-party" category. The actress was featured in such films like How to Stuff a Wild Bikini, Pajama Party, and 'Beach Party.The ' She also continued to release her albums with music periodically.
