Nadia Elena Comaneci

At the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games, the athlete made headlines when she scored the first perfect ten in the world of sports. To add to that the feat, she achieved six more perfect 10s, which made her the youngest Olympic gold medalist at just 14 years of age. Nadia Comaneci not only attracted attention, she helped Romania gain a global presence. In achieving an unachievable result her sporting legend became a legend and promoted athletics across the globe. In addition, it transformed perception of women athletes by the public. The reason for this was the effect she made in the Olympics, that both the movements toe-on (toes on) as well as the release movement are named for her. They have remained, until today, as difficult. Apart from the Olympics the gymnast showed remarkable results at the World Championships and European Championships and was subsequently the living legend of her time as well as one of the most well-known gymnasts the world could ever be privileged to. In the US she tried to promote the sport and fashion industry in her new country after she left. Nadia Nadia Nadia Nadia 2 Nadia
