Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is an avid reviewer of Z-graded movies typically in the horror or martial arts genres. Her style and method are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she prefers to review crappy action movies with a morbid fascination. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009, and when she gained some notoriety on the forums (under the old name Obscurus Lupa) she became a member of the Channel Awesome family. The website was her home up until the end of 2015, at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts via her channel that both cover the Charmed franchise and both co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The show can be seen here and here. You can also find her on her Twitter account as well as her Tumblr account. Can't get enough Allison? Ninja the Mission Force features Allison as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones starred her in Jesus Bro! and was often a guest on his TV show Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible film for children or RiffTrax live shows as well as the occasional adult-oriented comedy (including Baywatch, of course Baywatch (2017)). In 2009, after reviewing films her name was a hit on Channel Awesome's forums. After becoming part of the official group that comprises Channel Awesome reviewers, she was a household name. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She as well as Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently be featured in shows like Nostalgia Critic.
