Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and all between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. When I was of one quarter, I joined my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I worked hard to make them proud and had tunnel vision for success. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university and get a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. The life I had imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out. In 2013, I found it difficult to accept my job. Even though the compensation and the status was great but I did not feel that it was fulfilling. Instead I felt that I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. When I began to navigate my way towards a new direction in my career, I found I was destined to become a personal trainer. I loved exercising, I enjoyed being social, and I love helping people. I began my business in 2014. It is my seventh anniversary in this calendar year. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. In order to be an innovator in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and goals. I also strive to empower people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to in life. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most successful times in my entire life. My mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. After an eight-year struggle with the disease, she is now resting in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons of life often go unnoticed, but they can be extremely valuable. The loss of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. She died in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to start her new journey. I got my second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of awe and vitality. It's as if I am truly living, and not just existing. As I tell my story I hope my story will be a source of inspiration for those of yours. I hope that my words will help you realize that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish everything you desire. It is my prayer to live your life at its best and have no regrets when it comes to the end of your life. We are the only certainty in the world.
